M&L FAQ Answers

  1. What does all-inclusive mean? All-inclusive means that your rate includes tip, tolls, mileage, fuel and travel time. [back to top]
  2. What constitutes a portal charge? The time clock—basically the time that your bus is dedicated to your trip—starts and ends at the M&L facility in Woburn, MA. [back to top]
  3. Does M&L charge security deposits? Yes. M&L secures a $150 refundable deposit for your reservation. Any overage or obligations resulting from your default or abuse of our vehicle will be deducted. M&L may retain the security deposit until all amounts you owe according to the M&L lease agreement are paid. Any remaining amounts due will be billed to the credit card used to secure the reservation. [back to top]
  4. How do I cancel a charter reservation? You may cancel your charter reservation with 72 hours prior notice. If canceled less than 72 hours prior to bus departure from the M&L Woburn facility, a cancellation fee of $150 will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation. [back to top]
  5. Is smoking allowed? How about glassware? No smoking or glass of any kind is permitted on M&L vehicles. [back to top]
  6. How old do you have to be to drink alcohol on the bus? Passengers must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol on any M&L vehicle. [back to top]
  7. What is the charge for janitorial clean-up of bio-accidents? In the unlikely case of bio-accidents (vomit, urine, excrement, soiled diaper spillage, etc.) on the bus, there is a $150 charge for janitorial clean-up. [back to top]
  8. Is parking included in the quoted rate? Parking is not included in your rate. [back to top]
  9. Are there extra charges to have alcohol on the bus? There is a $100 cleaning fee for alcohol consumption on any M&L vehicles. [back to top]
  10. Can I pay by credit card? Yes. The cardholder MUST BE PRESENT upon pick-up to obtain an imprint and signature. [back to top]
  11. Where are Logan airport pick-ups? All Logan International Airport pick-ups are done at the bus stop, located downstairs outside of baggage. [back to top]
  12. Will my bus have a custom wrap? Some of M&L vehicles are wrapped with large decals. If you've rented a particular vehicle with a decal, you will be provided this information prior to securing the bus. [back to top]
  13. How will I be notified of a change in pick-up location? In the event that M&L may not be able to pull up to your pre-determined pick-up location, your driver will contact you to make alternative arrangements for you and your guests.
