"I hired M&L to provide shuttle service from Newton to Waltham for my wedding guests. Alycia, with whom I coordinated all of my details, was by far the most prompt and responsive vendor I worked with; almost all of my emails were answered within the hour. Our driver showed up early and got our guests to our ceremony site safely and securely. He also displayed Herculean patience with all of my loud and boisterous guests AFTER the reception, as he ferried everyone back to the hotel. Weddings are stressful and you really just want to work with vendors who are going to answer your questions very quickly, give you what you ask for, and provide great service on the day of your event.
